Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about FAL Digital, our interactive Arabic learning platform.
Getting Started
What ages is FAL Digital for?
FAL Digital is designed for children approximately 5–12 years old learning Modern Standard Arabic, though it's flexible
for slightly younger or older learners depending on their level.
Do I need the physical FAL books?
No, the digital platform works independently. However, many schools and families use it alongside the physical books
for a complete learning experience that combines digital interactivity with paper-based practice.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes! Signed-in users can explore the first 10 pages of each book for free. This preview mode lets you experience
the platform before committing to a subscription.

About the Product
What does \"interactive e-book\" mean?
Each page of the Fun Arabic Learning books is presented digitally with tappable hotspots. When you tap a word or phrase,
you hear native Arabic pronunciation. You can also highlight text, zoom in for better viewing, and navigate between pages easily.
What are audio hotspots?
Audio hotspots are tappable areas on the digital pages. When you tap them, you hear native pronunciation of words, phrases,
or sentences. This helps learners connect written Arabic with correct pronunciation, supporting both reading and listening skills.
What kind of games are included?
The platform includes educational games like letter recognition, word matching, colouring activities, sentence selection,
and more. Each game is linked to a specific page in the book, reinforcing the same vocabulary and structures you're learning
on that page.

Yes! FAL Digital works seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. The experience is optimized for each screen size,
so it looks and works well on phones, tablets, and computers.

Can I install it like an app?
Yes, FAL Digital is a Progressive Web App (PWA), which means you can install it on any device. Once installed, it works
like a native app with quick access from your home screen. This works on Android (Chrome), iPhone/iPad (Safari), and desktop browsers.
Does it work offline?
The PWA install option supports offline caching, but an internet connection is generally recommended for the best experience,
especially for audio playback and accessing new content.
For Schools
